Please read this document carefully before using the 88gasia platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 88gasia platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the 88gasia platform via our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and 88gasia ("Platform"). Continued use after amendments signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
- You must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
- Each user is allowed to have only one (1) account.
- Information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
- 88gasia reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- 88gasia is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your password by others.
- Do not share your login information with anyone.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an 88gasia user, you agree to comply with all platform rules and applicable Malaysian laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
88gasia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account found to violate these rules without prior notice and without obligation to return any remaining balance.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 88gasia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and major Malaysian banks.
- Deposits will be processed within the timeframe specified depending on the selected payment method. Deposits via digital methods are usually completed within a few minutes.
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may take up to three (3) working days depending on the chosen method.
- 88gasia reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation if suspicious activity or non-compliance with platform terms is detected.
- Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of users under Malaysian tax laws in force.
- Completed transactions cannot be canceled except in extraordinary cases recognized by 88gasia management.

Liability Limits
88gasia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use our platform. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uninterrupted service.
88gasia is not liable to compensate users for technical disruptions, system maintenance, or uncontrollable circumstances.
Account Suspension & Closure
88gasia reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close user accounts in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, suspected fraud, user requests, or instructions from relevant authorities.
Users whose accounts are closed due to term violations are not entitled to reclaim any balances or bonuses. Closure upon user request will be processed after settling all pending transactions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 88gasia platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of 88gasia or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 88gasia platform may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
88gasia reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately when posted on the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to check the terms regularly. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in Malaysian courts with jurisdiction.
